This stunning skein is spun from a beautiful blend of merino, muga silk, and flax on my Schacht Matchless spinning wheel. It has 2 plysof purple, blue and roseand one ply of cotton thread that is strung with satin finish seed beads. The beads are spaced between 6and 8 inches apart and run throughout the entire skein.This woolblend is amazingly soft, has a beautiful drapeand would be great for next to skin projects. The flax is fairly soft and will continue to soften with each wear and wash.
Allergy sufferers please be aware that while I keep all of my fiber stored in totes, I do have two cats that may have come into contact with this fiber during spinning.
Handwash in cool water, lay flat to dry.
