All prices are shown in CDN$. Payments are accepted via Paypal. If you would prefer to send us an e-transfer, send us an email to thefiberimp@hotmail.com and we will forward you the payment details.
SHIPPING
All orders ship out within 2 business days unless they are custom orders or pre-orders.
In order to continue offering $10 flat rate shipping while dealing with rising postal costs, we have changed our policies on the order threshold for tracked shipping. Orders of up to 900 grams or less will ship vacuum packed via Canada Post lettermail without tracking. Please contact us prior to ordering if you would like to add tracking to your order and we will provide a shipping quote to you. Orders over 900 grams will ship via Canada Post, UPS, Chitchats, ICS, and occasionally Purolator or Canpar and will include tracking. If at all possible, we ask that you use an alternate address for po box deliveries as these drastically increase our shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY
As always, we hope your are thrilled with your purchase, in the event you are not you may return the item within 14 days of delivery of your order.
The following conditions must be met for a return:
- Products must be in original packaging.
- Any product that was used or partially used is non-returnable.
- Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
- Custom orders and sale items are non-returnable.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To return a product, send us an email at thefiberimp@hotmail.com or use the contact us link on our website. We'll respond within 24 hours and let you know how to return your products.
ORDER ERRORS
We're only human and sometimes mistakes happen. If there is a problem with your order, please let us within 30 days and we'll get it fixed for you asap.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
Once we accept your return, we will issue the refund via the same payment method as you originally used to place the order. The refund amount will consist of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account. Please note, return shipping is at the buyers expense.
